Hacking our prices is a criminal offense. Anyone caught hacking our product prices or shipping prices in order to lower their bill, will have their order cancelled and refunded. We will also report such persons to U.S. authorities and their local authorities.
Right To Cancel And/Or Deny Services: A&J’s Texas Bakehouse reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, in accordance with the law. A&J’s Texas Bakehouse reserves the right to deny sales and/or service to any person, business or other entity as we see fit in accordance with the law. This policy is in place for fraud prevention and loss prevention and is intended to deter possible credit card theft and possible identity theft. Some examples: (1) if the credit card billing name and/or billing address cannot be confirmed, (2) if the ship-to name and/or address is different from the credit card billing address, (3) if the credit card security code cannot be confirmed as valid, (4) if PayPal shipping address is different from the shipping address placed on file with us. (Reasons are not limited to only these examples.)
