Candy and certain other products are taxable. A product's ingredients, labeling, serving size and how it is sold can affect its tax treatment.
Purchasing for a Tax-Exempt Organization?
If your organization is qualified for Texas sales-tax exemption, please provide a properly completed Form 01-339, Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification before your purchase is finalized. We may need additional information to validate the exemption.
