How the Custom Order Process Works

You will be guided through the whole process, so the following is just a “heads-up” summary...

After submitting your request, check your email to verify your email address. You'll then receive a private link to your Custom Order page, where you can view any questions we have, reply, and review your quote.

We’ll email you whenever there’s an update, so please keep your private link and check your inbox and spam folder.

Once you accept your quote and begin the payment process, you will complete a simple registration using your same email address, if you are not already registered with us.

Then you will finish the payment process while making a final review of your order and delivery date.

Requesting a quote is free with no obligation to buy. You will be able to change the information you enter here later, if needed. Please submit your request at least 7 days before your event.
